I developed a reporting system suitable for on-line use in a major health care institution. It has since been adopted, programmed, and put on-line in their system. I could share the early version.

John Meyer, I will be working with Government employees and since the epinet data goes to the US I cant implement that system with out high level approval. But I will look at their forms and use that, thanks.

Tee Guidotti I would love to look at your online system. These facilities are not online yet (have few computers) but I know it is in their future plans to implement online occupational health management systems. Have you seen the WHITE system from Canada?

Since there is interest, I will set up a "Project" file under my account that you can visit to look at it. I developed the system as a consultant, so all information in the file will be "sanitized" to remove the name of the employer involved. I can tell you that the system was developed and implemented as an on-line menu-based reporting system, but I no longer have access to data for evaluation. The documents I am posting are modified from early drafts and do not identify locations or proprietary information.
