You will not able to find concentration of metabolites directly in any database. You have to perform literature mining to find out exact concentration of metabolite.
YOu can use following method:
1). You can use FACTA for customized hits.
2). You can also use web crawler through scihub and pubmed to find out exact results.
3). Google customized search engine can also be used.
At HMDB: http://www.hmdb.ca/metabolites/hmdb00190 you can find metabolite concentrations in different tissues, but unsure how reliable it is (as data was acquired possibly using various platforms, techniques and studies and dumped here!). For example, in this link, you see lactic acid levels range from 740 to 6400 uM in blood itself, which is weird!
Better than nothing, but not sure they rflect cellular levels by any means!
Thanks a lot Biswa Sir. I had referred to this database. As you said, it is better than nothing. Blood conc. can be crudely correlated with cellular conc.
