Are MIC values same for liquid and solid media used for growing bacteria?

For example, if MIC for a bacterium is 0.1 ug/ml in a particular media(7H9). Would it have same MIC in solid media(7H10)?

Why Vmax data of enzymes is not easily available? Where can I find it?

I am trying to find data regarding kinetic parameters of enzymes involved in a biochemical pathway. Km data is easily available, but I couldnt find Vmax data anywhere. (even in databases like Brenda).
