I was also looking at that companies antibody as well so it's good to know someone else was doing the same thing. I found better homology with nucleoplasmin-2 instead of 3 but I can always try both antibodies. Thanks!
I recommend a free antibody database available at labome.com. For antibodies to nucleoplasmin 1 (NPM1) for WB you can use the following link: https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/NPM1-antibody.html. Invitrogen has NPM1 antibody (Invitrogen, 325200) used in western blot on human samples at 1:5000 (Mukhopadhyay et al, Sci Rep. 2016). Abcam offers NPM1 antibody (Abcam, Ab10530) used in western blot on human samples. Santa Cruz Biotechnology provides NPM1 antibody (Santa Cruz, sc-53175) used in western blot on human samples. Also, Cell Signaling Technology has NPM1 antibody (Cell Signaling Technology, 3541) for western blot. EMD Millipore offers NPM1 antibody (Millipore, MAB4500) for western blot on human samples.
For antibodies to nucleoplasmin 2 (NPM2) for WB you can use the following link: https://www.labome.com/gene/human/NPM2-antibody.html. Abnova offers NPM2 ab
(catalog: H00010361-B01P) for western blot. There are LifeSpan Biosciences
(catalog: LS-C313122), Invitrogen (catalog: PA5-44883), OriGene (catalog: TA344382) NPM2 abs for western blot.
For antibodies to nucleoplasmin 3 (NPM3) for WB you can use the following link: https://www.labome.com/gene/human/NPM3-antibody.html. There are Abnova
(catalog: H00010360-B01P), LifeSpan Biosciences (catalog: LS-C162965), US Biological (catalog: 039093), Invitrogen (catalog: PA5-25254) NPM3 abs for western blot.
