I looked into all those but couldn't figure out how to use them for small molecules (As I said, my computational skills are very limited!). However, if other MedChem chemists out there are looking for something that's easy to use for small molecules, i found that ArgusLab has a free software (no license) that can give you ESP mapping, (among many other things, it can calculate dipoles, until now I have been using IQmol for that purpose), unfortunately it only works on Windows. Drawing is a bit awkward, but you can save your molecule as mol2 file in your favorite editor and then use that format to open and view your molecule in ArgusLab.

Avogradro: https://avogadro.cc/ es un programa muy bueno y útil en este caso para poder estructurar moléculas con ajustes de cargas y con efectos 3D para una mejor visualización ACD/ChemSketchhttps://www.acdlabs.com/resources/freeware/chemsketch/ es otro programa que igualmente le puede ser útil.

Ambas son gratis y si es académico le facilitan ciertas características para trabajar .
