I was looking for some 3D anthropomorphic human models as well. What I found is that complete free models are very rare, good solutions are proposed from Zygote but they are not for free.

Since you don't need really complex models for your aim, I think that grabcad has some solutions. Of course they are not very precise but still better than squared shapes. Giuseppe Sanseverino I noticed about Zygote solutions as well. Then I found a book called "Human Dimensions and Interior Space", the problem is that all of these references don't have much references regarding the face.

If we want to do a simulation with the face and we're able to get specific dimensions like nose, lips, eyes, ears and neck and we have the computer power to do it, it would be wonderful.

For now, I don't look for that kind of detail, but it would be great if others suggest how to obtain those measures.

In my opinion there should be a free standard human model to be used by everyone to validate results. But we work with what we have.
