Hello Everyone, I am a Business Psychology (MA) student and I am researching the effects of stress on job satisfaction and performance. I have scoured the internet and i am unable to find a copy of the Occupation Stress Indicator Questionnaire. I would be really grateful if someone could send me a copy which would use as a basis for my own questionnaire.

There is a lot of research related to perceived performance and is compared with supervisor's perception. This is consequential validity questionnaire related to perceived performance. There are a lot of instruments in dissertation theses and the EBSCO repository of questionnaires and tools.
