I am about to start analysing my SNPs data, and I am compiling multiple programs to use for detecting SNPs potentially under selection. I am having trouble locating LOSITAN as http://www.popgen.eu/soft/lositan/ is not working for me?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No it seems to be gone. I have been trying to use BayeScan and PCAdapt to find outliers.

If you have another OS, here is my quick tutorial for your own standalone version of Lositan.
1. Download the files from github: https://github.com/tiagoantao/lositan
2. Change the getLibs.sh with the file attached - remember to change the extension from *.txt to *.sh (RG does not support *.sh files for upload). I have updated all the links to valid.
3. Run, all the steps described here, in case of Linux you can skip instllation of GIT : https://github.com/BaskiGIT/lositan/blob/master/OfflineVersion/InstallationStepsTaken
4. If you will have problems with prepareLocalExec.sh change the value from 1.6 to 1.7
Everything should work fine.
