I've been trying to obtain research questionnaire from past published articles on Effects on Green Innovation on Environment and Corporate Performance from a Stakeholder Perspective. Been trying to contact the author or previous published articles but didnt get any reply. Most past research didnt attach the survey questionnaires.
Unfortunately my only advice would be to wait until they get back to you. Could you contact them on research gate, linkedin or twitter?
I had email them personally and contacted through research gate as well, but so far no reply. Its a good idea to try to contact them through twitter and linkedin.

Normally, you don't get to see the questionnaires as part of publications.. but, you could draw some useful insights on developing questionnaire for your study from the research papers you review as part of the study. The studies that you review may also have used appropriate research designs/ frameworks incorporating important variables that will be suitable for your study, which you can review and select based on a scrutiny. Also you can prepare a draft of the quiestionnaire and send to researchers in the field for their comments.
Is there any name of the questionnaire they used in their publication? Any standard questionnaires?
Also, you can check the publications that cited to these articles and see if they used the questionnaire. Sometimes also you can find the questions through reading the result section.
If not, you can also send an email to the journal and ask them to provide it for you as a reader.
