you can check uniprot.org, Millipore, Abcam and cell signalling technology, you can check any of them. i hope you can find what you need there. even exapsy.org also have in their own database

Swisprot is the reviewed db version with Uniprot, whilst Trembl is the non reviewed (non redundant). Below are links to uniprot as well as Swisprot (homo sapiens)

While yfollowing above suggestions, please ask yourself if the UNIque PROTein identifiers (Uniprot) that you would assume is non-redundant.  Apply filters by setting limits in GenBank.

For instance, Human proteome at Uniprot list has about 67911 : http://www.uniprot.org/proteomes/UP000005640

They contains lots of unreviewed sequences.  And here is the reviewed list in humans: http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/?query=*&fil=reviewed%3Ayes+AND+organism%3A%22Homo+sapiens+%28Human%29+%5B9606%5D%22+AND+proteome%3Aup000005640
