Let me tell you a story.
There were three friends, 'everybody', 'somebody' and 'nobody'. A job had to be done. 'Everybody' thought that 'somebody' will do it. Ultimately, 'nobody' did it.
This is the story of the vaccine right now and that applies to everywhere in the world.
Yes, I agree with you the situation is tensed, confusing. Everyone is worried but still there is no sign of the vaccine. There are only talks. Even if the vaccine gets discovered or invented, I doubt it will reach everyone.

- Shafaq News / The Iraqi Minister of Health and environment announced on Tuesday that Iraq will receive 10 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine, indicating that it will be distributed if approved, to the elderly and security personnel.
- Minister Hassan Al-Tamimi said in a press interview, "Iraq will receive the vaccine for 20% of its population", adding, "upon approval by the World Health Organization, the vaccine will arrive in Iraq".
- The Iraqi government announced, earlier today, Tuesday, that COVID-19's recovery rate in Iraq is 80%.

Immunization against COVID-19 is only possible to use when a vaccine is manufactured with high safety and efficacy. Iraq is a member of QAVI now an alliance to collaborate in manufacturing and receiving the vaccine. Probably we should wait for few months to one year to see some thing on the ground.
