When the solar panel is manufactured, how to stick the ETFE sheet on the solar cells?

I am trying to make a flexible solar module. But I have some gray areas on how to stick the top layer material (ETFE or PET) on the solar cells. So, there is a humble request from the experts in this regard to know if there is any special procedure for pasting the ETEF sheet on the solar cells.
