With the end of the year, we wish a happy life for everyone and the end of the Corona pandemic soon. When is life expected to return to normal before the Corona pandemic?
Life, as it was before 12/2019, will never return. That normality is over, not because the pandemic, and due the factors that were the causes of it. The Pandemic is the consequence, not the premise.
Life is unpredictable however by keeping all the norms for Covid one can have controlled for our life . We all are aware that certain norm are to be observed for which unfortunately the discipline for our norm remain out of the way . Anyhow with the practice of vaccine undertaken by the certain countries it is likely that the Corona may come to our help after 6 months
COVID-19: This is when life will return to normal, according to the experts https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/06/coronavirus-covid19-life-social-distancing-noramlity-chart/
The impact of a new Covid vaccine will kick in significantly over summer and life should be back to normal by next winter, one of its creators has said. Prof Ugur Sahin, BioNTech co-founder, also raised hopes the jab could halve transmission of the virus, resulting in a "dramatic reduction in cases". BioNTech and co-developers Pfizer said preliminary analysis showed their vaccine could prevent more than 90% of people from getting Covid-19. About 43,000 people took part in tests. In an interview on BBC One's Andrew Marr Show, Prof Sahin said he expected further analysis to show the vaccine would reduce transmission between people as well as stop symptoms developing in someone who has had the vaccine.
The vaccine has given a boost of confidence that an end to the pandemic is close, with the leading scientist behind it hopeful life could return to normal by next winter.
But there are some big uncertainties.
The vaccine needs approval from regulators - and they will only grant that if they're happy the jab is safe and works well. Early results look very good, but we await the full ones in the coming weeks.
There is also no data yet to show how well the jab works in those who need it the most - the elderly.
Nor do we know if it stops people spreading the disease, as well as getting sick.
Which ever way, life will never be the same again. It will always be a new normal, corona has left a big scare on peoples lives. Lives, businesses, jobs and others have been lost and to recover from that might take longer than the virus itself.
Am inclined to say that life was not normal before the virus.
I mean here excessive globalization (wage-dumping) and neoclassics (fiat financing), but also the exponential world travel statistics (1, 5 Billion arrivals in 2018). We need a more human-species appropriate lifestyle, without abolishing the global market economy.
Life as we know it will never be the same,in SA this pandemic has emplified the level of inequalities that still exists. If our leaders had vision the country would not get back to normal instead implement rapid changes more focused in rural areas where we find the most vulnerable, low socioeconomic levels especially in education at all levels. All developments in these communities need strong aware ess drives.
When the county gained its democratic freedom 1994 the government created spoiled brat acting like kind of a nation that is only dependent on the government. This virus would have been contained if people were more educated /aware
Apart from the earlier weeks of the pandemic when fear was at its maximum from the new pandemic. Later life is returning to be normalized in a modified manner. We work and go for shopping with masks. we make conferences, workshops, panel discussion but online using new technologies of IT.
still life is restricted, travel is not feasible to every one.
Life will come back to normal when the risk of infection became very minor, vaccination could be the major factor in achieving such a goal.
