If you don't see much difference in colony size and compactness after 3 days of passaging or if you see the individual cell becoming larger in size and granularity, it means the iPSCs are not in good condition. Since the iPSC media is very expensive, it would be better to throw these cells away and revive a fresh vial.
You can also try culturing the cells in hypoxic conditions (~2% O2) to improve the culture condition.
