This could starts with the incoming solar radiation, characteristics of the cover and box sides, absorber behavior, and useful energy gained through the working fluid.
Incoming energy decided by Solar irradiance come to your collector. Your collector will be an heat exchanger which performance depend on collector area, material, etc. so you can estimate your collector energy conversion efficiency.
Output energy should be your heat load, or your storage system.
