Are there any video Tutorials, Cochrane approved resource or any literature that can take step by step into doing systematic review and meta-analysis. I have found the right PICO details and have shortlisted my articles (which are RCTs). I have saved the full texts. Now how to formulate the right data gathering tool? And what are the statistical things I should be knowing in this process.
Considering its extensive nature, I am not planning to have a shortcut and will take months to revisit my extracted information, if I can be guided in the right direction.

I recently did an online course from Cousera by John Hopkin. "Introduction to Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis". Though it is basic but was very helpful. highly recommended.
I recommend reading Card's book. I find it very helpful. It seems available here on research gate.

I am self-taught in both of these, and largely used Howell's book to get a grip on the statistics behind it. In terms of systematic review, I used the PRISMA guide. Both were relatively easy to master, provided you sat down and took the time to understand where all the numbers come from in Howell's book.
Cochrane is definitely the king of these two methods, so any tools they have are highly recommended!

Hi there!
If you do a meta-analysis, you'll need a forest plot. I used R and the package Rmeta for forest plots, but I just noticed that there is a new package called forestplot for R. What's nice about R is that it is open source, so the people documenting it do a very comprehensive job. Just looking up these packages might help you better understand the forest plot part of doing the meta-analysis. Good luck with your project!

As we all know, there are multiple steps for starting a SR but you need a deep understanding of each. The Methodology part ( developing protocol, search strategy, eligability criteria and data extraction) are the crucial part, and that what make you research of high quality.
1- there are many good courses provided by coursera, and they are very helpful.
2- the cochrane Handbook, free access book, i would really suggest reading it
3- PRISMA guide is helpful too.
4- PROPERO guide for SR registration.

I suggest use of CMA (Comprehensive meta-analysis) software tutorials.
There is a course namely 'Introduction to systematic review and meta-analysis' provided by Professors from John's Hopkins University online on coursera. I found this course quite easy to understand and meant for beginners.
