Whats the principle and features of separating nucleic acids with Hydrophobic chromatography using silica with presence of chaotropic,non-chaotropica?

as the combination of these agents ( chaotropic and non-chaotropic )can give different features then using each one of theme alone, so what results and purity, what kind of nucleic acids can be separated and the principle of working both agents together?
