Has someone studied the long term influence of the exogene noncebo factors in young patients until 35 years old with Emotionally Unstable [Borderline] Personality Disorder that are treated with Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)?

How can someone influence the patient's compliance and the long term success rate of the Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) if the noncebo exogen factors are identified and removed?
