whats the best ultrasound power ,amplifier and frequencies for the best yield of edible oil extraction?

I’m extracting edible oil by ultrasound instruments to find the optimum power, amplification and frequencies for seeking the optimum yield. But in some conditions homogenization happens instead of extraction as my sample consists of heavy amount of proteins.

what sonication dosage in amplification, power and frequence would you recommend to approach the best extraction edible oil yield?

Hi,

Can you please specify that which method you adopt to quantify your analyte? You can easily determine the best conditions by utilizing "monothetic" (one variable at a time) optimization technique. The highest response would be the best extraction conditions, therefore the best yield.
