How can I calculate the number of electrons involved in the adsorption mechanism of a quasi-reversible reaction?

In the relevant electrochemical system, both Ox and Red species are electroactive and based on the scan rate equations, the mechanism is adsorption-controlled. According to the pH equations, the number of electrons participating in the reaction is twice the number of protons.
