@ Okon, five gram of mushroom powder is added into 100mL of distilled water and boiled for 10 minutes. After that, it was filtered through Whatman No. 1 filter paper, and the resulting mushroom extract was collected and kept in the refrigerator at 4°C before analysis. The pdf material of a FTIR spectra analysis is enclosed as desired.
