Any recommendation on material to be used for bags that will preserve small plastic parts molded with PA66GF15 from moisture during transportation and handling it. A way to seal those bags maybe , i heard polyethylene bags aren't a good barrier against moisture.
Hello dear, of course low density polyethylene (LDPE) is a very good option. That is an important reason of the use of LDPE and PA in packing materials with excellent barrier properties. If you wants you can use also EVOH but is better the LDPE. Best regards

PE is quite good barrier against moisture. And in addition it is quite easy to process and quite cheap.
PP and PET have even better barrier properties. But you need higher processing temperatures. Since your PA66GF15 has a quite low coefficient of thermal expansion this might lead to some difficulties.
PCTFE is maybe one of the best polymers regarding the barrier properties against moisture, as well as against N2, air, O2, CO2, H2, .... But it is expensive and hard to process.
Because you need not only a good barrier against moisture but as well a good bonding of the barrier film on your PA66GF15 you could also try PA12. Otherwise you might need another layer to join your barrier layer with the PA layer.
