I'm developing a research to improve a solution to clean pulp chambers after endodontic treatments. What will be the best and cheaper choice ?? Thanking in advance.
I was using that but the endodontic paste after that remains in the chamber so I was trying to use other solution to this matter.... Thank you very much and regards.
What I have been doing for last 12-13 years it that I make three small cotton pellets. First one soaked in isopropyl alcohol, second soaked in plain distiller water and third one is a simple dry pellet. After getting done with obturation, I wipe the pulp chamber and walls of the access cavity with the above mentioned cotton pellets using them in a series. Then I place my coronal seal (if buildup is to be done later) or straight away the build restoration. Using the above cleaning protocol, composite bonding can be very predictable.
