I'd like to reduce COD in waste that contain organic amine.
I've tried to add hydrogen peroxide (no catalyst addition) but, the final COD result was higher than the initial.
Maybe there's a solution to treat my waste and is there any incorrect step during my previous peroxide test?
I advise to use adsorption via appropriate adsorbent such as bentonite, montmorillonite clay, kaolinite clay, activated carbon etc.
When you try any of these adsorbent using different models there will be result.

You could consider Fenton or perozone oxidation instead, but it might cheaper to use sorption in some cases as Lucas Hamidu suggest.

-Is there any non-metal catalyst to boost hydrogen peroxide performance in oxidizing the pollutants? because there is a limit to the value of metal concentration in the final product
-Is there any references that you suggest about sorption of organic amine

Irfan Farizky Nur Hapsara, There are many options. You can activate hydrogen peroxide by UV irradiation. Usually UV/H2O2 is quite efficient if the water is very transparent. Another option is perozone there you add ozone to the water after addition of hydrogen peroxide.
For sorption I don't have any specific experience. I usually start with activated carbon then I don't know anything specific.
