Hi everyone,
I used MgSO4 as a drying agent to suck all water droplets from my organic extract. However, even after adding MgSO4 three times and leaving it overnight, I still see some water droplets. I am curious to know your experience with that. I was thinking of vacuum drying or simply doing an additional extraction but I was reluctant to perform the latter as this might result in product loss.

It is good idea, you can dried by vacuum drying OVER phosphorus penta oxide
P2O5 ( overnight).

may I suggest to perform a wash of the organic extract with saturated NaCl solution (brine) to remove the bulk of the water before treating with an inorganic salt such as MgSO4 or Na2SO4.
Washing/shaking with brine pulls the water from the organic layer to the water layer as brine becomes more dilute. This will reduce the residual amount of water in the organic layer and leave just "traces" which will then be taken up by the drying agent.
Also make sure that the MgSO4 or Na2SO4 you are using is actually anhydrous, otherwise bake it in a drying oven to remove traces of water (e.g. heat to 250°C for 2 hours).

The solution is dehumidification with absorption or moisture-absorbing allows drying even at dew point temperatures below zero degrees. The working range is from -20 °C to +40 °C.
