Hi dear Rabia Alam, thank you for importnat question.
In today's world, marked by the aftermath of the pandemic, extensive use of technology, and much more, students have a heightened need to be motivated, stimulated and supported.
From your profile, I gather that your primary interest lies in elementary education. In brief, even at this age, a strategic approach—emphasized with a capital 'P'—involves incorporating play. It falls upon us, educators and administrators, to render teaching activities interesting and practical.
Allow me to share some of my books on this subject with you, hoping they prove valuable in your research. Nevertheless, the professionalism of teachers remains pivotal in managing classroom instruction and fostering effective student relationships to enhance learning experiences, among other aspects.
I'm available to provide any additional materials you may need. Wishing you success in your research and endeavors.
Best regards,
Dr. Fausto Presutti

I believe the discussion method is the best way of engaging and impacting knowledge to learners, as it brings to the fore the level of understanding each learner has on the topic being discussed. It gives the facilitator a good insight into the caliber of learners he/she is dealing with and how best to handle individual learners to bring out the best in them in terms of potentials.
