What would be a good Rhod-2 calibration buffer for mitochondrial matrix?

I am wondering whether regular mitochondrial respiration buffer, i.e., 120 mM KCl, 10 mM MOPS, 5 mM KH2PO4, pH7.25 would be OK to be used as calibration buffer for Rhod-2?

Hi Jun, I think it depends on whether you will do at Microscopy or Fluorimeter? At Omega this buffer is OK.
