I suppose that this is meant for educational purposes?

Requirements for a successful demonstration as I see them:

1) There must be a valve between the pump and the balloon.

2) The balloon must have a leak.

3) The balloon should be floppy, to clearly show the difference between a forceful pump stroke and a weak one.

 To catch the attention of your audience you might consider taking a condom and cutting a small leak in the tip. The differences between contractile states can be felt or seen, depending on the size of the leak and how far you will inflate the ‘balloon’.

Looks like you have diagrammed a classic "windkessel". The pressure in the balloon should increase if the balloon's outlet is closed ( analogous to isovolumic contraction). Open up the  balloon outlet's per Johns suggestion and pressure will rise when pump  volume delivery rate exceeds ejection rate (the strong ejection phase)- and balloon pressure will fall  when ejection rate exceeds  pump delivery rate (weak ejection)

There are two things to be considered:

1. Does the reservoir of the balloon remain the same?

2. The pump as a weak or strong pump has 2 roles. Firstly, it can be a weak pump but still pump out the volume with rate; secondly it can be a weak pump and have less pressure (pressure is directly related to the force = volume /time) if the rate is kept constant to a normal pump.

Therefore, the answer to your question is:

C = normal inflated ball possibly due to higher rate

D = deflated BALL 

E = inflated ball - but possible over inflating the balloon.

F = inflated ball
