Solar photovoltaic (PV) panels are prime source renewable energy. For generating a considerable amount of energy, solar panels need to cover a large area.
Solar panel- as a reflective object- reflects light, create glare, and stop light to reach soil surface.
Is there any research that assessed the impact of mass solar panels on earth climatic dynamics and ecosystems?

Solar panels are not reflecting objects but they are soar absorbing materials. The solar cells are covered by anti reflective coating. Most absorbed light will heat up the solar cells raising their temperature and thereby emitting mostly blackbody radiation like any other object on the earth surface.
On the other side, in order to cover the energy demand from the solar energy by PV stations one needs only to cover a very small fraction of the surface area.
These stations can be installed in desert regions.
Therefore, i think they will not make great impact on the thermal balance of the earth.
But even if the impact is small, it deserves investigations.
