Both breakers deliver 230V, 50Hz, Single Phase power supply.
Provide answers for two scenarios:
1. The phase line is the same (Red Cables both)
2. The phase line isn't the same (L1 = Red, L2 = Yellow)
Technically, An AC is controlled by two PCB boards, one inside the FCU and the other in the Condensing unit. PCB board from FCU sends current signal to outdoor unit's PCB which then operates compressor and fan. I have sensed that FCU's PCB is controlling the indoor FCU fan properly but isn't monitoring temperatures properly and, thus, isn't sending the signal to the outdoor PCB. I am thinking of installing another separate PCB in FCU operated through a different breaker to give a current signal to the outdoor unit. The issue is that the outdoor PCB will have the same neutral cable as FCU's PCB 1 for the return path of the current signal sent from PCB 2 of FCU.
