What will happen if hypoxia chamber gets turned off between P7-P12?

Dear all,

I want to check the effect of hypoxia on retinal angiogenesis in mice pups at P18. For the same I placed one cage in hyperoxia chamber (75% oxygen) with mice pups from P7-P12. I planned to collect eye samples at P18 and check the angiogenesis status. However, the Oxygen in the chamber was turned off mistakenly at P11. Please suggest to me whether I should go ahead with this experiment because I am worried that discontinuation of high oxygen will affect the overall analys.

Any suggestions in this regard would be useful.
