What will be the problem during albumin purification in Tangential Flow Filtration in exosome samples?

Dear all,

I am working with exosome purification using Tangential Flow Filtration and concentrating the samples using 750KDa Hollow fibers modules. I don't want albumin to be present in my final purified and concentrated sample. But I am getting more albumin content in my purified concentrated final sample than in the RAW sample.

Can anyone please suggest me to overcome this situation.
