Hello I am using C-CNF in DI water and dip a flat polymer in the solution to form CNF coatings on the polymer. since DLVO didnt account for size and shape of the molecules to cause forces flat surface what will be the Van der waal and DL term for the case of CNF?

My specific point is about the shape of CNF, the DLVO theory has been extended b by Fall, boruk and araki for tubes, crystal, tubes etc..but i am curious about the consideration of the shape of CNF fir the determining the DL and van der waal terms.
