The permeability of liposomes can be controlled even while encapsulating PUFA by optimising the cholesterol composition which plays a vital role in controlling the structural flexibility of liposomes.

Thank you for your input. Yes you are true that chol has role of structural integrity. I will try optimizing it. The problem is I would like to load some hydrophilic compound in aqueous core and at he same time I cant negotiate PUFA which has functional attribute in my targeted application. I will get back.
