Do we use assistive technologies to their full potential? What ways have we seen, in what ways do we use them? Are there any researchers out there living on the edge of inclusion, independently using assistive technologies?
I agree with you partially. Use/ Utilization depends on your sample of focus and extend of disability. But it's true that It has not been used completely. Consider a small example-To promote physical activity accelerometer/pedometer have been used extensively; to replace this/ advancing technology mobile app have raised that they can do the same. No doubt apps are easy for physical health promotion; still usability dependent. If you consider a low income country where people dying without food; there what technology could assist???
