In XRD patterns around 10 peaks are present for the sample 1. Also, around 6 peaks are present for the sample 3. Also only one broad peak is present for the sample 2. In addition, XRD patterns for sample 1 and sample 3 shows very sharp peaks. Is this an indication for nano sized particles?
It is very difficult to say about nanoparticles presence just only base on XRD graph
but when particle size reduces then peak gets broaden.
It is advisable for you that you should go for Raman Analysis/ Electron Microscopy / AFM.
well it is difficult in general to say anything based on what is in the question. For sure sharp peaks are definitely an indication that your material is not nano. What is not clear is whether you have a single phase, a powder on a substrate or whatever. Is like you tell us that you see 10 fruits.. is mathematically correct but physically poor assertion. So the peaks you see might not be those of your nanopaticles
For crystalline "nano" objects you shoud observe broad peaks (mostly having low amplitude). The width of the peak is inversly proportional to grain size - see Scherrer equation. Try to calculate the peak width using this equation and compare with obtained results. Depending on the diffraction angle the full width at half maximum of the peak originating from crystallites with size of few nm shloud have value of about one or two degrees (roughly speaking).
