Amit Barot, So you're going to get polyester based on, I guess, some castor-derived substance. What? So it will be, I guess again, modifying some hydrocolloid or mixture of hydrocolloids with dicarboxylic acid? And another question, is it supposed to be a food additive - a thickener - as indicated by a relatively high viscosity - of what? solution? What concentration? Or maybe a finished product - a butter substitute? And the acid? - well, it is rather a trial and error method.
I am going to synthesize a polyol from castor oil which should have ghee or buttery like smell, and from it targeted to have polyurethane application having flexibility in it.
