Hi, I am interested in the non-coding RNA in peanut and their regulatory functions on mRNA.  I want to include as many as RNA classes and to study them in one experiment. I know that some poly-A tail lncRNA could be detected in normal mRNASeq, but there are still large amount lncRNA not included. Specific sequencing for lncRNA requires different library construction method. What method should I choose?

Also, I would like to conduct miRNASeq using same samples. except for miRNA, what major small RNA could be detected?(is there many piRNA or other RNA in the miRNASeq result?)

if possible, could someone kindly privide a list of what kind of RNA could be detected in different sequencing method using different kits?
