I have to use nano pattered PDMS with N-doped graphene quantum dots (NGQDs). Sylgard 184 with NGQDs is not working not drying even up to heating at 350C. Kindly, suggest some suitable cross-linkers.
You could try to use Glutaraldehyde as a linker to PDMS after an aminomodification of yours GQDs.
Sylgard 184 may work in presence of Pt-catalyst, radical initiator or bubbling of air.

Using pdms curing agent had always worked while making composites like graphite-pdms, Magnetic nanoparticle-pdms, QD-pdms, etc. Even got a clay like structure with graphite-pdms which was conductive and simultaneously also reconfigurable! The ratio ofelastomer to curing agent and the net volume of the final pdms was very small, almost acting as a matrix/binder to provide such a composite. Kindly check your mixing procedure. Usually we premix the elastomer and its curing agent and then add the other components of the final composite. Make sure the mixing is thoroughly done for the curing agent with the elastomer.
