I wonder if there are any online databases/tools to type the HLA genes in 4-digit format when I submit a few hundred to a few thousand bases of an HLA gene sequence? For example, I have a portion of HLA-A gene that goes "GTTCTCACACCATCCAGATAATGTATGGCTGCGACGTGGGGTCGGACGGGCGCTTCCTCCGCGGGTACCGGCAGGACGCCTACGACGGCAAGGATTACATCGCCCTGAACGAGGACCTGCGCTCTTGGACCGCGGCGGACATGGCGGCTCAGATCACCAAGCGCAAGTGGGAGGCGGCCCATGAGGCGGAGCAGTTGAGAGCCTACCTGGATGGCACGTGCGTGGAGTGGCTCCGCAGATACCTGGAGAACGGGAAGGAGACGCTGCAGCGCACGGGTACCAGGGGCCACGGGGCGCCTCCCTGATCGCCTGTAGATCTCCCGGGCTGGCCTCCCACAAGGAGGGGAGACAATTGGGACCAACACTAGAATATCACCCTCCCTCTGGTCCTGAGGGAGAGGAATCCTCCTGGGTTCCAGATCCTGTACCAGAGAGTGACTCTGAGGTTCCGCCCTGCTCTCTGACACAATTAAGGGATAAAATCTCTGAAGGAGTGACGGGAAGACGATCCCTCGAATACTGATGAGTGGTTCCCTTTGACACCGGCAGCAGCCTTGGGCCCGTGACTTTTCCTCTCAGGCCTTGTTCTCTGCTTCACA", how can I tell what HLA-A type it may belong to (in this particular case, it is HLA-A0301)? Many thanks!
