in my phd thesis analysis through PLS for 574 sample size , is it fine to have significant path coefficient between A and B variables, but f2 less than .02 in the same time? specifically .189, how can i interpret the relationship? is that ok ?
cause doesn't seem understandable, the H is supported which mean there is a relationship then i conclude that there is no effect from A to B
please help me

F-sq tells you about the effect size, however if the coefficient is significant you can claim the causal relationship between A and B, however for the size of the effect Locky Law beautifully explained it.
