Hi, I experienced International accreditation 3 times and local accreditation and some other major companys compliance visit many times. What I experienced was, all the accreditation agencies have their own standards mainly based on International Patient Safety Goals, nursing competencies and credentials.
I Think if you follow one of the model that Accreditation Agencies used will help.

As said Daniel is a good option Leininger's Theory, but if you could see another view, you could try Humanistic Nursing Theory, formulated by Josephine Paterson and Loretta Zderad. gives a phenomenological point of view of quality care
