These diffraction patterns were obtained for TbCu7 type SmCo7 melt spun ribbons. XRD patterns shown that there is only one phase in these alloys. I do not understand what the weak diffraction patterns obtained in TEM indicate?
Dear Sajjad Ur Rehman , I agree with Andreas Leineweber and I need to add that you could simulate the Laues Circles of the sample and try to estimate the thickness, using JEMS software.
Dear Sajjad Ur Rehman according to my knowledge, SAED pattern of a single material like graphite gives us bright dots without any weak bright dots as I can see these in your SAED pattern. This is due to the overlapping of two different materials as you mentioned in your comment. Both materials were structural different due to which you can get week and bright signals in one SAED pattern. You can find out the distance between bright dots and week bright dots to identify the material by comparing d-spacing.
