now explosive outbreak of abortion in brocellosis endimic area in middle and south Iraq, In addition, in previous years periodically vaccenation with attenuated Brucella melitensis vaccin was used. I am ask what changes happened. Also, I want to investigate about important virulace factors of Brucella melitensis, please, what these virulance factors that associated with pathogenicity of Brucella melitensis strains.

Brucella spp. are facultative intracellular pathogens that have the ability to survive and multiply in professional and non-professional phagocytes, and cause abortion in domestic animals and undulant fever in humans. There are various virulance factors associated with outbreak of brucellosis. More than 180 Brucella virulence factors and their gene interaction networks have been identified using advanced literature mining methods. Diverse transcriptomics and proteomics gene expression studies is needed to analyze gene expression profiles of wild type Brucella strains and mutants under different laboratory conditions.
