Any shared experience about the best reagent? , I used Lipofectamine 2000 but until now I did not manage to grow my cells in the 96 wells plates or in a big petri dish after sorting in the facs
My plasmids are marked with GFP and RFP and I had a signal while sorting my cells on the facs

How did you sort out your selected clones and did you put them after sorting directly into 96 wells plate ?
Because I think that the probleme is when I put one cell per well it doesn't grow since HepG2 cells don't like to be alone.
