You need a server for such a simulation with a lot of RAM.

I suggest you either use cluster computing, contact local HPC provider in your area or even use cloud computing (popular choice these days). However, unless you are modeling a complex machine, 150million nodes are way too much. I suggest fist you reconsider your geometry and think of possible methods of simplification.
