Hypothesis 1: There will be a significant difference in life satisfaction depending on age
Hypothesis 2: There will be a significant difference in life satisfaction depending on relationship status
Hypothesis 3: There will be significant difference in life satisfaction depending on the number of hours worked per week.
I would try to examine all three questions simultaneously in a (multiple) regression model. Multiple regression allows you to include multiple independent variables (in your case: age, relationship status, work hours) at once and to take into account their potential redundancy (overlap, correlation) in predicting the dependent variable (DV, life satisfaction).
In case your DV (life satisfaction) is continuous, you may be able to use multiple linear regression (Analyze --> Regression --> Linear). For a categorical DV, logistic regression (Analyze --> Regression --> Logistic) could be an option.
