dear dr smith you have to tell the extraction solvent and meth in detail. normally solvent partitioning is carried out for removal of pesticides of different solubility the second option is column chromatography. if your extract is very clear does not contains different size of molecules then you can use hplc I think in your case it would be not suitable.
