In successive partitioning of 50/50 acetone and water extract with n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and butanol, what solvent system can be used for TLC and column chromatographic separation of ethyl acetate fraction?

In the case of TLC you can try Dichloromethane( 100%---) and Methanol ( 2.5%---). And for column chromatography, you can try n-hexane and ethyl acetate (1:1---).

Thanks, Is the DCM (100%)to be combined methanol (2.5%).
