What solvent should be used for ethanolic extract of mucuna pruriens while giving the drug to rats?

I am using ethanolic extract of mucuna pruriens to see the aphrodisiac activity of rats. I want to know the solubility of ethanolic extract of mucuna pruriens, if anybody has an idea please quote the reference.
